Copy to RAM option

Description

I think an option to copy the entire system to RAM to run it would be great.
Advantages:
* No need of two CD drives to browse a CD
* CD-ROM drive doesn't get spoiled.
* Fast as Michael Schumacher.
Disadvantages:
* Large amount of RAM.
* Less space available (if there's no massive storage drive).

I mean, an option to choose between run fom the CD or copy to RAM.

* Slower time to boot.
