• JShelter - A browser extension meant to combat threats arising from nonfree JavaScript.
• Third-party Request Blocker - Prevent your browser from connecting to third-party resource without user consent.
• Reveal hidden HTML - An add-on that is meant to fix CSS related bug on browsers that don't run nonfree Javascript. This add-on assumes that you are running LibreJS.
• uBlock Origin - Out of the box, uBO blocks ads, trackers, coin miners, popups, etc.
• LibRedirect - A web extension that redirects YouTube, X, Reddit, Pinterest, Medium, Imgur, Google Translate, Google Search ... requests to alternative privacy friendly frontends.
• NoScript - Gives you the best available protection on the web. It allows JavaScript and other executable content to run only from trusted domains of your choice, thus mitigating remotely exploitable vulnerabilities, such as Spectre and Meltdown.

How to disable JavaScript:

• Trisquel Abrowser and GNU IceCat: Ctrl+L and paste about:config in your URL bar, click on the button "Accept the Risk and Continue" and search for javascript.enabled and set it from true to false.
• ungoogled-chromium: Ctrl+L and paste chrome://settings/content/javascript in your URL bar and select "Don't allow sites to use JavaScript".
